First and foremost is a 35cl bottle of Pinkster, our characterful gin made with fresh, locally grown raspberries.
For a deliciously smooth G&T, with a hint of fruit, serve with a decent tonic (handily, two bottles included) a raspberry and a sprig of well-spanked, fresh mint.
There’s a jar of Boozy Berries which are scrummy dipped in ice cream or used as a base for chocolate brownies or Cambridge Mess.
We’ll even throw in our Boozy Berries cook book for good measure.
Our mildly alcoholic Gin Jam, made with inebriated raspberries left over from producing Pinkster, is ideal for putting the tipple in your teatime and we’ve included two mini jars.
Last but not least, is a pack of crumbly Pink Gin Fudge infused with our very own gin-soaked berries.
