Unashamedly pink and fabulously simple to make, the Pinkster Gimlet is easy to pre-batch and will keep for weeks in the fridge. Just shake it like you mean it before pouring. Over to you
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
– 50ml Pinkster Gin
– 25ml fresh lime juice
– 25ml sugar syrup
– 12.5ml Pinkster Raspberry & Hibiscus Spritz
– Raspberries and a lime
𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
– Pour into a shaker
– Add a couple of raspberries
– Shake and then pour into an ice-filled glass
– Garnish with a wedge of lime
