Gin ‘n’ Jam

Slightly sweet and indulgently lush

50ml Pinkster
10ml Lemon Juice
Large spoon of Gin Jam

Fill shaker with ice and add ingredients.
Serve over crushed ice and garnish with second spoon of jam and a raspberry.
