1. Pour the apple & raspberry juice into a saucepan with the orange, bayleaf and nutmeg.

  2. Heat gently and add sugar (or water) to taste.

  3. Off the heat, place a generous tablespoon of Boozy Berries and juice, adding an extra splash of Pinkster gin if you fancy, into heatproof glasses and pour over the warmed mixture.

  4. Decorate with a stick of cinnamon.

As the evenings draw in and the temperature drops, this hot toddy is the perfect tipple to wrap your cold hands around.
