Raspberry and Rose Sour
INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Pinkster gin
- 15ml rose liqueur
- 15ml simple syrup
- 30 ml (1 fl oz) lemon juice
- Egg white or aquafaba (liquid
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients into a shaker without ice and dry shake for 30 seconds.
- Place ice into the shaker and shake.
- Fine strain into a glass with ice.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries, mint and dried rose petals.
