  • 45ml Pinkster gin
  • 15ml rose liqueur
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • 30 ml (1 fl oz) lemon juice
  • Egg white or aquafaba (liquid

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a shaker without ice and dry shake for 30 seconds.
  2. Place ice into the shaker and shake.
  3. Fine strain into a glass with ice.
  4. Garnish with fresh raspberries, mint and dried rose petals.
