Beat those Jan blues

Try this cocktail with fresh raspberries and mint. The ๐—ณ๐—น๐—ฎ๐˜ƒ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฏ๐—ผ ๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐™ก๐™ค๐™ซ๐™š๐™ก๐™ฎ!

๐—œ๐—ก๐—š๐—ฅ๐—˜๐——๐—œ๐—˜๐—ก๐—ง๐—ฆ

– 45ml Pinkster Gin (*only natural sugar from raspberries!)

– 15ml rose liqueur

– 15ml simple syrup –

– 30 ml (1 fl oz) lemon juice

– Egg white or aquafaba (liquid from in cans of chickpeas)

๐——๐—œ๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—–๐—ง๐—œ๐—ข๐—ก๐—ฆ

– Place all ingredients into a shaker without ice and dry shake for 30 seconds

– Place ice into the shaker and shake.-

– Fine strain into a glass with ice.

– Garnish with fresh raspberries, mint and dried rose petals.
