We much enjoyed welcoming Paul (aka The Gin Guide) to Pinkster Towers.
As the maestro said: “Always a pleasure to chat all things gin with Stephen and the team, and to see the raspberries coming in and being macerated. The processes, quality control, waste reduction and attention to details are so precise and specific, and all backed with a lot of passion.”
