Hedge pic wild bullace quince

Wild Bullace And Quince

50cl (30% abv)

This fruit gin liqueur is made with Suffolk quince and bullace foraged by hand from the hedgerows of East Anglia.

Quince belongs to the same family as apples and pears and the little known bullace is a variety of wild plum. This unusual pairing results in a versatile, subtly sweet drink which makes a delicious pudding gin, accompanying cheese particularly well.

It’s a cracking little digestif served over ice and makes a tasty long drink served with ginger ale.

One’s never enough.

Hedge pic rampant raspberry

Rampant Raspberry

50cl (33% abv)

As the producers of Pinkster, you’ll forgive us for thinking we know a thing or two about raspberries.

Ever since we worked our way through a fruit bowl all those years ago, we remain convinced that raspberry remains one of the most flavoursome and versatile fruits. The rich liqueur is produced with fresh Cambridgeshire raspberries grown locally to us at Sunclose Farm, Milton.

Especially good when added to a fizz cocktail or served over ice.   We’ve gone easy on the sugar and a 33% abv means it really is rather rampant.

Enjoy.  We think you will.
