Just as we celebrated the Platinum Jubilee with 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙍𝙤𝙮𝙖𝙡, so we’ll be toasting King Charles this Coronation Weekend.
* 50ml Pinkster Royale (obvs)
* 10ml sugar syrup
* 15ml lemon juice
* Top with Prosecco or champagne
Add gin, lemon juice and syrup into a shaker and shake with ice.
Strain into flute glass and top with fizz. Fresh raspberry garnish optional.
