Love is in the air

It’s become a tradition to team up with Inka at On The Sauce Again every February 14th.

Once again, she’s been busy mixing some delectable Valentine’s cocktails.

45ml Pinkster

22.5ml Sweet Vermouth

22.5ml Dry Vermouth

Three raspberries

Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of your cocktail shaker. Measure remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Double strain into a coupe glass, or similar.
