Just in time for Valentine’s, here the divine French Kiss:
25ml Raspberry liqueur (can be replaced with syrup)
15ml Lemon juice
Dash of sugar syrup (optional)
Shake all but Prosecco. Strain into a Champagne flute and top up with the sparkling wine. Garnish with a raspberry.
