Celebrate summer holiday with these beautiful gin cocktails:
RASPERRY & BLACKBERRY BRAMBLE
ππ»π΄πΏπ²π±πΆπ²π»ππ – 50ml Pinkster Gin- 12.5ml Pinkster Raspberry & Hibiscus Spritz- 20ml fresh lemon juice- Handful of fresh blackberries
π¦ππ²π½π – Add three blackberries to your glass, muddle, and top with crushed ice- Pour in the gin, Pinkster Spritz, lemon juice, and stir with a barspoon- Top with crushed ice and garnish with blackberries.
GIN JAM COCKTAIL
ππ»π΄πΏπ²π±πΆπ²π»ππ – 50ml Pinksterβ’ 10ml lemon juiceβ’ large spoon of Gin Jam
π¦ππ²π½π – Fill shaker with ice and add ingredients, serve over crushed ice and garnish with second spoon of jam and a raspberry.
BERRYLOMA
ππ»π΄πΏπ²π±πΆπ²π»ππ – 20ml Pinksterβ’ 25ml Pinkster Raspberry & Hibiscus Spritzβ’ 1 tbsp Pinkster Gin Jamβ’ 85ml pink grapefruit juiceβ’ Top up with soda
π¦ππ²π½π – 1. Add ingredients into cocktail shaker (except for soda and garnishes) then shake with ice2. Fine strain into a glass with ice then top with soda.3. Garnish with fresh grapefruit and thyme, mint, or rosemary
WATERMELON COOLER
ππ»π΄πΏπ²π±πΆπ²π»ππ – 50ml Pinkster Gin- 25ml raspberry liqueur- 1 cup of watermelon pieces- ice cubes- Garnish: fresh mint and watermelon slice
ππΆπΏπ²π°ππΆπΌπ»π – Add gin, liqueur, watermelon and ice cubes to a blender.- Serve in a chilled glass.- Garnish with fresh mint and watermelon
