Have you tried a Raspberry French 75?

We’re totally in love with this wonderful creation from On The Sauce Again and know what we’ll be drinking this weekend

⠀𝙸𝚗𝚐𝚛𝚎𝚍𝚒𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚜⁣⁣⠀

○ 25ml Pinkster ⠀

○ 25ml Pinkster Royale*⠀

○ 25ml Limoncello⠀

○ Dash of lemon juice⠀

○ Prosecco (or other sparkling wine)

⠀𝙳𝚒𝚛𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜⁣⁣⠀

○ In a cocktail shaker, combine all but the Prosecco and shake well with ice.⠀

○ Double strain into a Champagne flute and top up with the fizz. The limoncello is optional, but it adds a bit of sweetness to the drink as Pinkster Royale doesn’t have added sugar.⠀

○ Garnish with a lemon peel or a raspberry.⠀

⠀*Pinkster Royale can be replaced by Pinkster Jam Cocktail Mix – it goes perfectly with limoncello.
