𝑺𝑨𝑳𝑻𝒀 𝑫𝑶𝑮 𝑰𝑵𝑮𝑹𝑬𝑫𝑰𝑬𝑵𝑻𝑺 – 50ml Pinkster- 150ml pink grapefruit juice- Rock salt- Rosemary and dehydrated grapefruit wheel

𝑫𝑰𝑹𝑬𝑪𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵𝑺- Run a wedge of citrus along the rim – Run the glass rim across a plate of salt- Add gin and ice- Top with grapefruit juice- Add garnish
