Ingredients:
– 50ml Pinkster Gin
– 10ml Lemon juice
– Large spoonful of Gin Jam
Method
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add ingredients to shaker.
3. Shake.
4. Fill a balloon or highball glass with crushed ice. Pour mixture over ice.
5. Garnish with raspberries and a second spoonful of Gin Jam, made with gin-soaked raspberries.
