Ooooh, you really need to try Gin’n’Jam cocktails and tarts for an afternoon get-together 😍

Very easy to make too.

𝗚𝗜𝗡’𝗡’𝗝𝗔𝗠 𝗖𝗢𝗖𝗞𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗦

INGREDIENTS

50ml Pinkster Gin

10ml lemon juice

Large spoon of Gin Jam

STEPS

Fill shaker with ice and add ingredients, serve over crushed ice and garnish with what you have on hand: a second spoon of jam, a raspberry, mint, and/or freeze-dried raspberries.

You can make your own short crust pastry or use pre-made.

– Roll out the pastry and use a cutter to cut out discs

– Dollop a good spoonful of Pinkster Gin Jam

– Bake for 15-18 minuets until golden

– Leave to cool and then wow your friends with them!
