Beat the Monday Blues with the Pinkster Clover Club.

 Pinkster – 50ml

 Pinkster Royale – 12.5ml

 Fresh lemon juice – 12.5ml

 Fresh raspberries

 Egg white

 Mint – 6 leaves

Add the gin, Pinkster Royale, lemon juice egg white and two raspberries to your shaker. Add one ice cube and shake to whip the egg, then fill with ore ice and shake to chill, Double strain into your glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.
