Celebrate Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee with some fabulous cocktails 🇬🇧
JUBILEE JAM
• 50ml Pinkster Gin
• 1 heaped teaspoon of Pinkster Gin Jam
• 25ml elderflower liqueur
• 15ml lemon juice
• Top with a splash of soda water
Add the gin, jam and lemon juice into a shaker and shake with ice.
Strain into rocks glass filled with ice and top with splash of soda.
