Pinkster – 50ml

Pinkster Royale – 20ml

Fresh lemon juice

Several blackberries

Add three blackberries to your glass, muddle and top with crushed ice. Pour in the gin, Pinkster Royale and lemon juice, and pull the cocktail through with a barspoon. Top with crushed ice and garnish with blackberries.
